Business Unit: Waste Management & Cleansing
Title: Cleansing Labourer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week
Salary Range: $58,306.64 to $67,762.64 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Waste Management & Cleansing Business Unit provides a range of services relating to cleansing, waste, and resource recovery, including collection services as well as being the key point of contact for the management of Kimbriki. It provides accurate and timely advice and uses better practice methods and procedures while developing new and innovative solutions.
The Waste Management & Cleansing Business Unit will deliver the following services:
- Public Waste & Cleansing
- Waste and Resource Recovery
- Education

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Pick up loose litter in shopping centres, streets, carparks, parks and reserves and waterways
- Washing down outdoor furniture, etc
- Cleaning of outdoor BBQs
- Cleaning of public footpath and gutter
- Replacing dog waste bags in public places
- Pick up dead animals from public places and arrange disposal
- Pick up litter from beaches when required
- Remove rubbish in residential streets
- Clean bus sheds/public amenities as required
- Empty and clean litter bins if required
- Remove illegally dumped items from roadside
- General Labouring and cleansing as required
About you :
We’re looking for a Suitably Qualified Candidate to join our Cleansing Services team. You’ll bring experience and skillset relevant to a role in Public Place Cleansing to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
