Title: Engineer - TCI Assets, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $101751.32 to $118251.57 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience) + Civil Liabilities Allowance

Transport and Civil Infrastructure
The Transport & Civil Infrastructure Business Unit provides a range of maintenance and delivery relating to road assets, traffic management and street lighting and infrastructure related to parking system assets. It provides timely and accurate advice and users better practice methods and procedures while developing new and innovative solutions to problems in a cost effective and environmentally sustainable manner. The Transport & Civil Infrastructure Business Unit delivers the following services:
• Maintenance & Construction of Civil Infrastructure
• Traffic and Transport Planning
• Asset Management & Planning
• Community Transport, Parking, Fleet and Stores
• Business Operations

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Assisting in the development, implementation, and review of asset management plans, overseeing regular inspections, condition assessments, revaluations and data collection for road infrastructure using asset management systems and spatial tools to ensure optimal lifecycle performance, sustainability, and alignment with Council’s strategic objectives.
2) Assist in creating and mapping new assets, maintaining existing asset data, analysing data, development of maintenance and inspection schedules and implement improvements outlined in AMP to continually advance the maturity of the organisation that prides itself as being a industry leader in asset management.
3) Manage projects and investigations relating to the overall strategic direction of the TCI Assets team to deliver service and asset improvements in accordance with community need and industry best practice.
