Title: Team Leader, Community Development, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $111468.9 to $140,839.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective community development projects and initiatives that address community priorities and challenges, leading to improved community outcomes and capacity building.
2) Work collaboratively across Council to provide a holistic approach regarding community development.
3) Build and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the social services sector, enhancing collaboration and driving results.
About you:
We’re looking for a Team Leader Community Development to lead one of our Community Development teams. You’ll bring strategic thinking and innovation to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
