This role will be leading the Ranger Services team in the professional delivery of services to the residents within the jurisdictional area of the City of Rockingham.
You are absolutely committed to excellent customer service and the development, leadership and direction of the Ranger Services team. In addition to highly developed leadership and change management skills, you have a comprehensive understanding of law enforcement and well developed knowledge of relevant Acts, regulations, local laws and policies relevant to Ranger Services.
An appropriate tertiary qualification or progression towards a relevant qualification is a desirable.
You must address the following selection criteria when submitting your online application:
- Strong leadership abilities and team building skills.
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, facilitation and problem solving skills.
- High level problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Substantial experience in team building and culture improvement.
- Significant change management experience.
- Extensive experience in law enforcement.
We are offering a gross salary from $116,412 to $124,121 depending on skills and experience and:
