Join our HCC Centre Based team! The program activity officer will deliver scheduled activities, consistent with industry standards, that meet the needs of frail aged persons and their carer’s. This role requires collaborative teamwork.

What this role looks like:
- Develop and maintain consumer care plans.
- Provide customer/client wellbeing support.
- Supervise activities for clients
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Positive and engaged team member.
- Holds a Certificate III
- Drivers Licence (Class C) – NSW
