Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting your local community? We’re looking for a proactive and professional Venue Bookings Officer to facilitate bookings for our community venues. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for venue hire enquiries—handling online and phone bookings for both casual and regular hirers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our spaces are well-utilised and our customers have a seamless booking experience.

What this role looks like:
• Take customer bookings.
• Schedule events.
• Resolve customer phone and online enquiries.
• Provide administrative / general office support.
• Process customer transactions.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
• Previous experience in high volume, fast paced, customer service environment.
• Holds a Certificate IV in a related field.

This is a temporary position for up to 12 months. This position is for 14 hours per week, working Thursday and Friday, 7 hours each day.
Competitive rates of pay at $41.30 per hour + Superannuation.
