The Role
Armidale Regional Council is seeking a proactive and collaborative Team Leader to guide our Customer Service team. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations across Armidale and Guyra offices, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery both in person and online.
You’ll be responsible for rostering, training, and supporting staff, as well as monitoring performance and driving service improvements. By resolving complex customer issues and championing new initiatives, you’ll help shape the way Council connects with the community and delivers on its Customer Service Promise.
Playing a key role in fostering a positive team culture, you’ll encourage collaboration and professional growth among staff. By maintaining up-to-date knowledge resources and ensuring your team has the tools they need, you’ll empower others to deliver exceptional service. Your leadership will help drive continuous improvement, ensuring Council’s customer service remains responsive, innovative, and aligned with the needs of our community.
