What You’ll Do
Operate machinery like excavators, loaders, and service trucks to maintain and construct drainage systems. Clear obstructions, repair and replace pipes and pits, and respond to emergencies such as flooding. Every day brings variety and the chance to see the results of your work.
About You
You’re an experienced operator with a background in civil construction or drainage works. You know your way around heavy machinery, have a safety-first mindset, and thrive in a team environment.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction (plumbing, drainage, or civil)
- Skilled in operating plant (front end loader, excavator, backhoe)
- Traffic Controller (TC) & Implement Traffic Control Plans (ITP) qualifications
- MR Heavy Vehicle Licence
- NSW WorkCover Construction Induction Card (white card)
Desirable:
- Crane Operation Ticket
- Cert III in Civil Construction or equivalent
