This role is responsible for overseeing the City’s security systems and processes to ensure effective asset protection. This includes operational management of keys, electronic secure access control systems and security requests. Overseeing service contractors, identifying areas for improvement and completing minor security related projects are also important deliverables of the role so the City can manage risk effectively and continuously improve.
To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:
- Extensive experience in security management and technical systems
- Previous experience in programming alarm systems and central control software
- Advanced knowledge of security procedures relating to asset protection
- Experience monitoring contractor performance and maintenance scheduling
- Certificate IV in Security Risk Analysis or equivalent
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
We are offering a salary range of $91,088 to $97,835 per annum, depending on skills and experience, and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
