About the role
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and services that address the needs of young people, families and other key community groups in Lane Cove.
This role involves leading the youth team in planning and implementing a diverse range of programs and services that deliver positive outcomes for young people and families in Lane Cove, and working with local stakeholders, developing initiatives, and ensuring services and programs are responsive and relevant to the diverse needs of the community.
About you
The
successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Social Science, Social Work or related field
- Experience working with youth and families in a community setting
- Demonstrated experience in program development and evaluation
- Experience leading a team
- An ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- A current 'Paid Worker' - Working with Children clearance (NSW).

Salary range:
From $1713 per week (+ super) to $1984 per week (+ super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable
candidate.
