Grow your career with us
You'll have plenty of support to help you grow, including financial assistance toward your uni fees and dedicated exam leave so you can juggle study and work more easily. Each year, you'll rotate through different areas of the Finance Division, giving you the chance to explore budgeting, financial reporting, investments, financial and management accounting, property rating, corporate planning, systems, and more. You'll get opportunities to work on real projects that stretch your skills and take concrete steps toward professional accounting accreditation. With guidance from experienced mentors, you'll build a strong network within the Undergraduate Development Program-many of whom have gone on to exciting roles across Council-so you'll be surrounded by a community genuinely invested in your success.
