- Support operational uncrewed aviation missions, including night operations and emergency call‑outs.
- Contribute to mission planning, documentation, and safe execution of all RPAS operations.
- Maintain strong client relationships at a professional level, proactively identifying training and service solutions.

- Possesses strong technical RPAS knowledge and a passion for coaching and training.
- Works well under pressure and in dynamic, sometimes high‑stress environments.
- Has excellent communication skills, particularly with professional corporate clientele.
- Enjoys problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and taking on new operational challenges.
- Is eager to grow with a rapidly evolving specialist team.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (mandatory) or CASA Flight Instructor Rating.
- CASA Multi‑Rotor RePL (Sub‑25kg and 150kg).
- CASA VTOL (Sub‑25kg; able to obtain 150kg rating).
- EVLOS Class 1 & 2.
- BVLOS experience.
- CASA IREX or CASA‑approved RPAS equivalent.
- Demonstrated RPAS flight experience, ideally including controlled or military airspace.
- AROC + Night RPAS operational experience.
- Current advanced First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain within 4 weeks).
- Open driver licence (manual & 4x4 experience desirable).
- Experience in emergency services, defence, or crewed aviation highly regarded.
