About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous and efficient visitor information and library services to customers of the Milton Library and the Ulladulla Library and Visitor Information Centre. The position also supports the day to day operations of both the libraries and the Visitor Information Centre, contributing to a welcoming and well organised environment for all visitors and community members. This includes:
- Work as part of the Branch team to provide a high standard of customer service and a safe working environment.
- Complete all library duties as required, undertaking an equal share of tasks.
- Complete Visitor Centre duties including displaying stock and maintenance of brochures and other tourism related materials

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Library services experience
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions
- HSC or equivalent
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
- Class C Driver's Licence
The ideal candidate is friendly, community minded and enjoys helping people of all ages. They bring excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and a genuine interest in libraries, local knowledge, and visitor services. This person is organised, reliable and able to work confidently in a busy environment while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
