About the Opportunity
Our Guest Experience Ambassadors, play a key role in creating memorable moments for visitors and locals across the region’s premier venues and events, including Trail of Lights (TOL), FOSO (Wentworth), the Visitor Information Centre, Powerhouse Place, and Mildura Arts Centre.
Bringing exceptional customer service, delivering high‑quality tourism information, and helping enhance each guest’s experience.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
- Exceptional Customer Service experience, with demonstrated understanding of the region and tourism attractions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with tourists from around the world.
- Hospitality experience – front of house/back of house including, food handling and point of sale exceptional customer service engagement.
- Hold a current certificate in Food Handlers, Responsible Service of Alcohol and Certificate II First Aid or willing to obtain.
- Hold a current satisfactory police check or willing to obtain one.
- Hold a current Working with Children’s Check or be willing to obtain one.
Salary and Conditions
The position is classified within
Band 3 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement at $41.63 per hour (includes 25% casual loading), plus statutory superannuation.
