The Opportunity
National Inventory Manager – Eastern Creek, NSW
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our Healthcare function based in Eastern Creek, NSW. The role of the National Inventory Manager is to manage all Inventory requirements across all accounts within the Healthcare portfolio. This role is also responsible for the integration of new business onto Toll WMS. The person will be required to provide an excellent standard of customer service and operational support to our customers and all operational sites through proficient management of the customers Inventory and Toll processes in our WMS.
As the National Inventory Manager, you will:
Maintain inventory management, provide daily and weekly stock on hand reports
Co-ordination of cycle counts & stock takes nationally
Support the State Managers on tasks, including, DIFOT, investigating and processing customer claims/stock returns and escalation of issues.
Preparing and attending business reviews with customers, as required.
Create a customer centric approach to managing and resolving customer issues, problems and complaints, liaising with internal key stake holders on achieving the resolution.
Ensure all work is compliant with all laws, regulations, and policies.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Understanding of the Healthcare industry, and the balance between commercial, operational and functional requirements.
Extensive Inventory management experience within a warehouse management system
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with personnel at all levels, within and external to Toll.
Extensive knowledge of ERP Systems and Warehouse Management Systems, with experience in JDA and SAP highly regarded.
Advanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Inventory Management.
