About the role
This is a
great opportunity to join our high-performing and close-knit Community Venues
unit. This role will play a vital role as part of the Community Venues
administration team, who work together to support the hire and administration
needs of over 11,000 bookings per year!
Providing
an exceptional end to end user experience as part of our Community Venues team,
you will be able to utilize and grow your skills in stakeholder management,
venue bookings and systems knowledge.
On a
typical day, you might be required to take venue bookings, assist the team with
procurement processing, prepare invoices for clients, arrange for venue key
access, and work together with colleagues to ensure we deliver an exceptional
hire experience.
Skills and experience
- Strong, professional focus on customer service and guest
satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and proven experience
within a previous customer facing or administration position, including
phone-based customer service roles will be highly considered
- Highly organised, enthusiastic with strong time management skills
- Collaborative and team focused
- Experience with computer systems e.g. MS Office, CRM, Booking
Systems
- Experience in venue bookings, facility management, procurement
and/or similar previous roles will be highly sought after
