About the role:
We are currently seeking ICT Business Analyst who has has ability to elicit, analyse, document and test business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and ensuring successful implementation of IT projects. They demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, a solid understanding of business processes and a passion for delivering high quality IT solutions. They engage and build strong business relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges and perspective.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in an ICT or similar discipline, or certifications in business analysis or project management methodologies
- 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar/equivalent roles in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other relevant software.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK).
