About the RoleJoin our team to bring Council events to life in this fixed-term 6-month role! From Palmerston Youth Festival to Citizenship Ceremonies and FlicNics, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and deliver memorable experiences for the community. You’ll manage logistics, work with vendors, support promotions, and ensure every event runs safely and smoothly.
About YouYou’re organised, hands-on, and ready to make things happen. You have experience or qualifications in event or project management, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and can juggle multiple tasks under tight timelines. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends comes naturally, and you thrive in both team and independent environments.
