We are seeking an experienced and inspiring part- rime Clinical Manager to lead our residential care clinical team at our Rathgar facility in Grafton.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the driving force behind high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will empower nursing staff, provide clinical guidance, and champion excellence across all aspects of care delivery.
This is an opportunity to join a values‑led organisation where your leadership will make a meaningful difference to residents, teams, and the wider community. The ideal candidate should be available to work Mon, Wed and Fri, from 9am-5pm.
About the Role
As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading clinical care delivery in line with best‑practice standards
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing staff to build a strong team culture
- Driving continuous quality improvement and innovation in resident care
- Overseeing clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with senior leadership to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive care environment
About You
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA nursing registration
- Minimum 4 years post‑registration experience, including 3+ years in a relevant specialty
- Demonstrated clinical leadership capability with a strong coaching and development focus
- Flexible, proactive, and people‑centred approach
Desirable
- Experience within aged care services
- Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Palliative Care, or Education
- Strong knowledge of evidence‑based care and clinical systems
