Operations Supervisor – Heathwood QLD – Amazon Account
Working Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday – 09:00am – 5:00pm and this shift will move to 12:00pm – 8:00pm at a future date
Job Description / The Role –
Toll Group are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Retail and Consumer division based in Heathwood QLD. You will play an essential role in maintaining and creating a high-performing, positive, and safety-obsessed team culture.
As the Operations Supervisor you will direct, co-ordinate, supervise and achieve service objectives to ensure that tasks are completed in the most efficient manner with agreed standards in operational procedures including strong emphasis on safety requirements.
This is a role where leadership, customer excellence and operational efficiency all come together, and you will need to drive high standards whilst ensuring the site is being run safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations to achieve service objectives.
Plan and coordinate activities autonomously to achieve daily results and contribute to strategic goals.
Build and enhance team capabilities, ensuring high standards of work and safety.
Identify and develop opportunities to grow the business with innovative solutions.
Assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring long-term commitment to Toll.
Supervise and guide team members, providing direction and training.
Coordinate work activities and ensure department throughput is maximised.
About You:
Extensive experience in logistics and warehouse supply chain management.
Strong understanding of warehousing and management systems (WMS).
Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
Proficiency in managing business plans and KPIs.
