Claims Coordinator – Eastern Creek, NSW
Toll group is seeking an experienced Claims Coordinator to join our Healthcare division based in Eastern Creek, NSW.
Please note this is a Part-Time position with the view to be made full time.
The purpose of the Claims Coordinator role is to support the effective and timely management of claims by coordinating claim lodgement, investigation, documentation, and settlement activities. The role ensures claims are processed accurately, in accordance with policy terms, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders. This is an operations‑focused role requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously. The Claims Co‑ordinator plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting risk management outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of claims processes.
As the Claims Coordinator, you will:
Receive, review, and register claims in relevant systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
Coordinate the end‑to‑end claims process, including lodgement, documentation, follow‑ups, and settlement support.
Gather, validate, and maintain claim documentation such as incident reports, invoices, evidence, and correspondence.
Monitor claim status and timelines, proactively following up to ensure timely outcomes.
Identify discrepancies, exceptions, or potential risks within claims and escalate as required.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems; experience with JDA, SAP, or Salesforce is highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
Ability to analyse claim information, identify issues, and support root‑cause analysis.
Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of claims processes, insurance principles, or risk management frameworks.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple claims under time constraints.
