The Health Services Officer is responsible for providing administrative support for the Care Coordination program delivered by Healthcare Services.
The program helps eligible health fund members coordinate post-hospitalisation care needs to promote health, support chronic disease management and contribute to hospital avoidance.

Who are we?

What will you do?
- Conduct outbound calls to eligible members to engage them in care coordination and complete onboarding processes including scheduling and maintaining accurate health records.
- Invoice preparation and reconciliation.
- Assist in maintenance of processes, procedures and service directories.
- Participate in quality improvement activities as required.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Responding in a timely manner to inbound queries about the care coordination from members, internal stakeholders, and external health service providers.
- Actively manage and contribute to meeting the company-endorsed KPIs set for THF Risk/Compliance, Gender Equality, Work Health & Safety & Heart Culture elements.
What do you need?
- Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or clerical experience with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in a healthcare setting (highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively as part of a team
