About the role
This position is responsible to provide assistance to Coordinator Building and Maintenance to manage the maintenance and minor capital works in the delivery of an annual program of key major maintenance, minor capital projects and day-to-day maintenance programs.
Salary starting at $115, 723
Duties
Key
responsibilities include:
- Percentage of capital works renewal projects delivered on time and within budget.
- Percentage of projects completed in full compliance with scope, quality, budget, schedule and safety requirements.
- Contractor compliance rate measured by incidents or breaches relative to total service events.
- WHS compliance performance, including audit results, frequency of safety training, and incident rates.
- Accuracy of the building assets budget, measured by variance between forecast and actual expenditure.
Who we

To be
considered for this position, you will need:
- Degree in Property, Building or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of facility management legislation and practices.
- Proven financial and commercial skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication, including report and asset plan preparation.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Good understanding of WHS, WorkSafe, IR and HR requirements.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Current WA C‑class driver’s licence.
