The Role
Reporting to the Rates and Revenue
Coordinator and based in Windsor NSW, the primary purpose of this role is supporting
the Rates and Revenue branch in the collection of overdue rates and
sundry debtors owing to council.
About You
You have demonstrated knowledge of
debt recovery and collection, strong administrative and organisational skills,
with the ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and legal
documentation. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and
provide excellent customer service to both internal and external
customers.
Essential Criteria
- Higher School Certification or equivalent work
experience
- Experience in debt management or recovery
- Excellent administrative skills and experience
- Experience preparing and maintaining accurate
records, reports and legal documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The right to live and work in Australia
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Successful applicants will be required to
undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
