an enthusiastic Team Leader Traffic & Transport Engineeringto lead
a highly skilled team and help shape the future of transport planning, road
safety and parking management across our municipality.
This is an
exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and drive key strategic
initiatives while leading day-to-day operational delivery.
What we've
got on
Over the next 12
months, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering several high-profile projects,
including:
- Leading the development of
Manningham's new Parking Management Policy Review, ensuring future parking
demands are met through contemporary, evidence-based planning.
- Guiding the development of
strategic traffic and transport policies, plans and programs.
- Leading a small team of
traffic engineering professionals in the delivery of operational and
strategic outcomes.
- Providing expert technical
advice on traffic, transport, road safety and road network planning
matters.
- Building strong
relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies and the
community to achieve positive outcomes.

What you
bring
- Degree
qualifications in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering or a related
discipline.
- Registered
Professional Engineer
- Demonstrated
experience in traffic and transport engineering, policy development and project
delivery.
- Experience
leading and developing teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong
stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.
- The
ability to balance strategic objectives with operational priorities.
- A
passion for creating safer, more connected and sustainable transport outcomes.
