Title: Applications Manager, TRP Contract - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (12-month contract)

The Information and Digital Technology Unit within the Northern Beaches Council is responsible for the delivery of services that support the operational activities of the Council, enable delivery of services to the community by the various business units and allow direct access to information and services by the community.

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Leading the Applications team and overseeing the Council’s software portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
- Managing enterprise applications such as TRIM (Content Manager), Salesforce, TechnologyOne, and other key platforms, including configuration, integration, upgrades, user support, and vendor coordination.
- Driving the adoption of DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines, to improve the speed, quality, and reliability of software delivery.
- Delivering secure, modern, and community-focused digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of Council.
