Title: Banking & Receivables Officer, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (18-month contract)
Salary Range: $80,029.58 to $93,006.52 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) The timely processing, reconciliation and receipting of transactions from bank accounts and third-party systems to ensure financial information is complete and accurate, reconciling items and other matters are investigated and resolved or escalated on a timely basis.
2) Assist with preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, the timely follow up and clearing of reconciling items and the preparation of reports and analyses as required to ensure complete and accurate information and analysis for decision making and reporting.
3) Provide information, guidance to business units on matters relating to account receivable including invoicing, credit note preparation, payment transfers, journals and other processes ensuring that information supplied is accurate, relevant and resolves the request efficiently and enhances the quality of reporting, analysis and decision making.
