About the Role
As IT Engagement and Change Manager, you will:
- Drive engagement and adoption for technology initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and frontline teams.
- Facilitate workshops to uncover needs and shape solutions.
- Develop business cases and secure approvals.
- Design and deliver change strategies, training and communications.
- Monitor benefits realisation and embed continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about collaboration, communication and making change stick.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement or change management.
- Proven success leading technology adoption across multi-site environments.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Desirable: Change management (Prosci/CCMP), business analysis (IIBA), project management (PRINCE2/PMP), ITIL or Microsoft 365 certifications. Experience in aged care or not-for-profit sectors is a plus.
