The opportunity
Working within
our Asset Management team, the Graduate Asset Planner is a full-time,
entry-level position centred around supporting Manningham Council’sStrategic
Asset Management and Strategic Property Portfolio Project functions.
Key activities of
this role include:
- Support the implementation of work systems and
practices that are responsive, flexible and accurate.
- Prepare information and data on community,
services and assets.
- Provide general and technical support to
internal stakeholders in relation to the Strategic Asset Management.
- Collaborate with key internal and external
stakeholders to achieve service led asset management and strategic property
portfolio goals.

About you
- You
have completed a tertiary degree inproperty, engineering, community planning,
orrelated field within the last 2
years.
- You are seeking
an entry-level pathway into the workforce, looking to create a foundation for a
career in community planning or asset management.
- You have
excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated high level
of attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
- You have
well developed organisational skills to plan, prioritise and organise work to
meet performance objectives and targets.
- You possess an understanding of asset
management, property management
