Council is seeking a highly motivated administration professional with 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Property, Land Economy or Conveyancing who will provide essential operational support to Council's Property team and deliver exceptional customer service to internal & external enquiries.
The Commerical Property Administrator role is responsible for:
- Provision of comprehensive support for Council's property portfolio
- Review and respond to customer enquiries
- Assistance with drafting property documents
- Maintenance of accurate property records and registers in Council's systems
- Liaison with tenants, contractors and internal teams to address maintenance or compliance issues
- Coordinate meetings and property inspections
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Legal Services, Real Estate Practice, and/or equivalent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities
- Able to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Current Class C driver’s licence

Salary range: Grade 11 - $70,420.20 - $76,196.37 per annum excluding superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
