Your Role – Make a Difference
As the Specialist Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a portfolio of projects that address the infrastructure needs of our community. You will be responsible for embedding our project management framework and cultivating a culture of excellence within your team. Your strategic thinking and collaborative approach will empower you to build respectful relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget and achieve design excellence.

- A degree in Architecture, Planning or a related discipline is essential.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills that foster collaboration.
- Experience in local government or public sector is highly desirable.

- Package:$117,000 - $130,000 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation. Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
- Hours of work:Up to 2 year Temporary Full Time opportunity- 35 hours per week with the option of a 19 day month flex time arrangement.
