Title: Workers Compensation Case Manager, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $121,186.47 to $140,839.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Supporting workers, managers and other key stakeholders with respect to workers compensation, injury management and recovery at work in a self-insurance framework.
- Proactively managing claims to ensure compliance with legislation, SIRA Standards of Practice and Council’s Injury Management Program.
- Adhering to SIRA’s Customer Service Principles with a focus on early intervention and support to facilitate a “person centric” claims management process.
- Actively coordinating all aspects of an injured person’s notification and/or claim including claims management, treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery to drive positive outcomes for both the worker and organisation.
