Our opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced TechnologyOne Reporting Analyst to support Council’s ERP Transformation Program, migrating from TechnologyOne on-premise (Ci) to the cloud-based Ci Anywhere (CiA) platform. You will play a key role in designing, building and delivering operational and program reports and dashboards (including XLOne, DocOne), primarily supporting the Property & Rating modules and associated business processes.
In this pivotal role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate reporting needs into clear specifications, deliver accurate and performant reporting outputs, and provide ongoing operational reporting support in line with governance, data quality and security standards.
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Gather, document and translate business reporting requirements into fit-for-purpose designs for CiA reports (e.g. XLOne, DocOne) and dashboards (including measures, filters and security).
- Develop, test and deploy reports and dashboards (including underlying data models and document view definitions), validating data and business rules to ensure accurate, secure and high-performing reporting outputs.
- Provide operational (BAU) reporting support, including UAT support and user enablement, ongoing maintenance/enhancements, and upkeep of the Master Report Inventory and documentation.
About you:
We are looking for an experienced TechnologyOne Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on capability delivering operational and program reporting in CiA. You will bring proven experience developing CiA reports and dashboards (ideally across Property & Rating), along with strong analytical and data validation skills to translate business requirements into accurate, secure and high-performing reporting outputs. You’re collaborative and stakeholder-focused, with the ability to support UAT, enable end users, and maintain reporting documentation and inventories in line with governance, quality and security standards.
