Title: Swim Program Supervisor - Warringah Aquatic Centre, Temporary - Part-time Role, 17.5 hours per week
Salary Range: $69168.4 to $80384.88 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Provide supervision and guidance to the Swim School Teachers to ensure the delivery of a safe, educational, and high-quality program.
2) Communicate with swimmers and parents to ensure that they are informed of swimmer progress, and other matters relating to the program.
3) Knowledge and development of changing rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to swimming.

We are seeking a people orientated, customer focused Swim Program Supervisor to join our Swim School Team at the Warringah Aquatic Centre.
