About the role
This role suits
someone who is organised, responsive, a great communicator, is adept with
systems and enjoys being the steady, reliable cornerstone of a high performing team.
You will be preparing reports, monitoring performance and improving our
systems, liaising with stakeholders, producing committee agendas and minutes, providing
claims support, and developing technical knowledge to provide advice to staff. The
role reports to the Risk and Assurance Lead.
Skills and experience
- Motivated with a demonstrated track record of
initiative, responsibility and flexibility.
- Strong attention to detail and analysis,
proficiency in systems and producing reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries in a timely and
customer-focussed manner.
- Confidence and ability to work collaboratively
within a team environment and autonomously when required.
- Ready to respond to challenge and deliver
critical due dates.
- A tertiary qualification in governance,
administration, business or related discipline.
