We have a large workforce based at our two Council
buildings and on the ground around Manningham. Our internal systems play an
important role in supporting the delivery of our services and ensuring our
day-to-day operations are carried out seamlessly.
About the role
This is an
exciting 12-month parental leave coverage position where you’ll join a high
performing, supportive and friendly team. You’ll have the opportunity to take
ownership of your work while developing and testing new ideas within a culture
of learning to deliver excellent outcomes for Manningham.
In this
role, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved with the following:
- Supporting our HRIS (Pulse)
- Continuous system improvement projects, such as
role-based accreditations and succession planning tools
- Cyclical workforce reporting
- Assisting
our Safety & Wellbeing team with implementation of a new WHS system
Skills and
Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, or
substantial experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in project and change
management
- Strong initiative, accountability, and ability
to work autonomously to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering technology
solutions and continuous improvement
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in
Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability
to build trusted stakeholder relationships
