Hours: Full-Time 35 Hours
Salary: $$104736.70 - $109971.68 per annum + 12% superannuation
About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Digital Services Specialist on permanent full-time basis.
This role works closely with business users across Council to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver practical digital solutions.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience managing and developing CRMs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for customers and staff
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers to deliver system performance and continuous improvement outcomes
- Strong
customer focus, with the ability to apply a customer-centric lens to system
design, process improvement and decision-making
- Experience
gathering insights and identifying and implementing continuous improvement
initiatives
- Experience coordinating digital transformation projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification in related discipline, or a combination of education, training and demonstrated experience
