The Opportunity:
Our Asset Register Data Lead will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing
maintenance of Council's asset information systems and asset registers.
Working across a diverse asset portfolio, you will maintain and enhance asset registers, manage data
quality, and provide valuable insights that support investment decisions, long-term asset sustainability
and service planning.
In this role you will champion the integrity of asset data across key corporate systems, including
TechnologyOne, GIS, Finance, and infrastructure management systems. With a focus on continuous
improvement, you will develop and embed asset data standards, governance frameworks and naming
conventions, while producing dashboards and analytical insights that underpin the effective
management of our infrastructure and community assets.
About you:
To be successful within this role, you will have a relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in
Asset Management, Engineering, GIS, Information Management or related field.
You will bring demonstrated experience managing asset registers and asset information systems, with
proven expertise in TechnologyOne or a similar asset management platform.
You will have a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, data governance and
infrastructure asset management practices, complemented by experience in data validation, auditing
and quality assurance to ensure the integrity and reliability of asset information.
Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent role working a 35-hour week, with a base salary range of $102,017 -
$113,238 per year based on demonstrated competencies + 12% super.
