We're seeking an experienced Dental Operations Manager to lead operational performance across our NSW Health Centres in Surry Hills, Parramatta and Wollongong.

About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Dental Operations Manager, you'll lead operational performance across multiple Health Centres, partnering with Dental Practice Managers and clinical teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching leaders, driving operational excellence, supporting workforce planning, and implementing service improvements across your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support operations across multiple dental centres.
- Coach and develop Practice Managers and teams.
- Drive operational performance, consistency and continuous improvement.
- Support workforce planning, rostering and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with governance, accreditation and safety standards.
- Partner with clinicians and stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes and business performance.
About You
We're Looking For a Leader Who Brings
- Experience managing multi-site dental operations.
- Proven success leading, coaching and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations, compliance and quality standards.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving operational improvements and managing change.
- Confidence working with reporting, workforce planning and performance metrics.
- A collaborative, people-focused leadership style.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between NSW Health Centre locations.
Highly Regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in healthcare, business, leadership or a related discipline.
- Experience working within a not-for-profit, health fund or healthcare organisation.
- Experience leading across geographically dispersed teams or multiple sites.
