About the role:
Join a team helping transform how spatial information is used to plan, manage and operate critical water and wastewater infrastructure across one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions.
We have two opportunities for experienced GIS professionals to play a key role in how spatial information supports our people, assets and communities.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping how GIS supports our Asset Information Model and broader digital and technology landscape.
GIS Specialist:
As the GIS Specialist, you’ll be a principal technical expert responsible for evolving our enterprise GIS, spatial data and analytics capability.
You’ll apply spatial analytics, predictive modelling and automation to support asset management, risk-based prioritisation and investment planning, while helping connect GIS with our broader digital and technology environment.
You’ll design and improve spatial data models and workflows, integrate GIS with enterprise platforms and develop tools that improve data capture, validation, reporting and business intelligence.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting the GIS team through technical mentoring and sharing your expertise.
