About the Role
This is a very exciting 2-year max term contract opportunity, as part of the Customer business, the purpose of the Change Delivery Lead role is to drive the successful delivery of change across a complex, multi-year transformation program, ensuring change is effectively planned, implemented and sustained through hands-on leadership, stakeholder engagement and capability uplift. This is a senior role responsible for leading the change delivery across the complex Customer Transformation program. Other aspects of the role include:
- Lead the full delivery of change initiatives that align with the transformation roadmap, ensuring changes are successfully adopted and embedded into daily operations
- Assess the impact of change and analyze key stakeholders to tailor strategies that support each area of the business
- Identify training needs, create practical training plans, and oversee delivery so employees are ready for new systems, processes, and ways of working
- Develop and run communication and engagement plans that support the broader transformation goals
- Monitor change readiness and adoption, working closely with stakeholders to address risks, boost engagement, and reduce resistance
- Manage support during key transitions, ensuring smooth rollouts, clear communication, and quick resolution of any issues
- Coach and mentor teams to build strong internal change capabilities. Support junior team members and empower employees to lead change within their areas
- Lead and support change teams by setting clear goals, maintaining quality, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and experienced Change Delivery Lead, with a demonstrated ability to lead large scale change management initiatives within complex programs, ideally with experience in system replacements, process redesign, and operating model transformation. Other things we’re keen on include:
- Experience leading high performing change delivery teams, with the ability to coach & mentor internal change agents, ensuring best practice change practices are followed
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and align stakeholders across diverse business units, including senior leaders, to drive strategic outcomes
- Hands-on expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, and readiness assessments within a complex business environment
- Adaptable and proactive, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced transformation program
