looking for We are seeking
a self-starter, who is motivated, with a happy disposition wanting to provide great customer service. As a team player you will assist the Park Manager in the provision of administration services to the visitors and residents of
Council caravan parks and accommodation facilities. To facilitate and directly support the efficient
operation of Council accommodation services by performing check-ins, office administration, secretarial
and administrative support. This is an
exciting opportunity to work with an ever-changing dynamic team within the Mid-Western Regional Council. This role is a casual role, based on site in Mudgee. The salary range
being offered for this position is $44.61 to $50.23 per hour plus superannuation. Key
Accountabilities - Direct guest check in and checkout following correct procedures
- Ensure high level customer service is maintained at all times
- Take cash, credit card and debit card payments when necessary and in accordance with Council’s
policies and procedures
- Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests
- Make and confirm reservations, ensuring all bookings adhere to payment and cancellation policies
- Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and area ready for cleaning as required
- Maintain stock levels in the kiosk/shop within the reception area
- Conduct site tours if necessary with prospective guests
- Answering incoming calls, action incoming correspondence and sort mail
- Attend to general reception duties including filing and maintaining guest data bases
- Any other duties as assigned by management
