- Hourly rate from $38.01 - $45.14 + weekend penalty rates + 12% Super + annual and personal leave

Your Position:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join the team at the Enfield Aquatic Centre. In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise daily shift operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable and professional environment for staff and visitors alike.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
- Supervising and supporting lifeguards, customer service and programs staff during shift operations
- Monitoring patron safety, enforcing Conditions of Entry and responding to incidents as needed
- Overseeing hire group bookings, managing space allocation and communicating with user groups
- Operating and monitoring pool plant, filtration and chemical systems
- Conducting water testing, pool maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Providing first aid and lifeguard support when required
- Acting as Chief Warden in emergencies and lead staff response
- Promoting the Centre’s programs and maintain positive customer relations
To be successful in this role you will have:-
- Current RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Certificate (including CPR)
- Pool Plant Qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Experience leading frontline teams in an aquatic environment
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Technical troubleshooting experience with aquatic plant operations
- Availability to work out of hours and on weekends as required
Key Requirements:
- COVID-19 vaccination for all employees (minimum of 2 vaccines)
- Willingness to complete a National Police History Check (where applicable)
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment health assessment
