- Salary: $68,343 - $76,890 gross p.a. plus 11.5% Super plus allowances
- 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a 9 day fortnight
- Based at Bomaderry Precinct Depot

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and passionate horticulturalist to undertake a wide range of general gardening and horticultural services to help enhance our parks and leisure facilities and create vibrant public spaces. Responsibilities include:
- Operate a range of plant and equipment (e.g. tractors, mowers, sprayers)
- Perform landscaping, pruning, irrigation, and general garden maintenance
- Lead and supervise works crews and contractors
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks, implementing best practice
- Liaise with staff and the public to deliver excellent service
- Ensure compliance with legislation, Council policies and child safety protocols

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Trade Certificate Horticulture / Arboriculture or equivalent qualification
- NSW Class MR Driver's Licence or equivalent licence valid in NSW
- Current NSW General Construction induction card (white card) or accepted interstate alternative
- Current Working with Children Check
