Title: Learning & Organisational Development Consultant, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $111468.9 to $129545.15 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity :
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with the wider HR team and key business stakeholders, to establish business requirements to support capability uplift and ensure employees develop and maintain the required skills and behaviours to drive individual and business performance.
2) Design, develop and deliver OD initiatives, training programs, courses, materials, and assessments to provide upskill and career development opportunities to Council employees, fulfilling any regulatory requirements
3) Source and engage external providers to deliver accredited and non-accredited training and assessment and OD initiatives ensuring compliance with Council procurement processes.
