The role
This is a rare opportunity to lead a space that truly matters. At CBCity, safety, wellbeing and risk are not just about compliance – they’re culture. Heading up this unit, you will work in close partnership with the CEO and executive team to shape the next chapter of our strategic journey. You will lead a high performing unit, delivering our Safety & Wellbeing Strategy, Risk Strategy and Insurance Roadmap, and be supported from the top down to bring fresh thinking, continuous improvement and bold leadership to a workforce of 1600 people across office, customer facing and operational sites.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Lead a high-performing team with vision, integrity and accountability.
• Drive strategic delivery of safety, risk and insurance initiatives.
• Inspire and influence leaders and teams to embed a proactive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, workers compensation, governance and legislative obligations.
• Strengthen enterprise risk maturity and insurance portfolio performance.
• Champion data-informed decision making and continuous improvement.

You will have
• Proven leadership in safety and/or enterprise risk within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Demonstrated success implementing strategic safety, wellbeing and risk initiatives.
• Experience managing psychosocial risk and wellbeing programs.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
The salary range for this opportunity starts at $142K to $214K (M2) + 12% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
