The Package: $95,424.68 - $105,446.64 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 14 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).

Are you looking for a new opportunity in a position where you will partner with Teams to make meaningful change in your local community. Our finance team are seeking an experienced procurement officer to deliver accurate, compliant procurement advice and operational support.
In this role you will:
- Develop and manage Councils procurement systems, processes and policies.
- Provide specialist advice, support and guidance for procurement activity within the organisation.
- Create procurement reports, plans and data analysis for Executives.
- Interpret and monitor relevant procurement data to identify opportunities for savings.
We are looking for someone who:
- Possesses a relevant qualification in Business/Finance/Procurement and/or experience in a similar role.
- Has experience in procurement systems and processes, including the establishment and maintenance of effective procurement frameworks.
- Possesses strong analytical skills to evaluate costs and benefits, enabling informed and strategic procurement improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and produce clear reports.
