Work as a Team Leader to lead and support a team while actively participating in cleaning duties. Ensure Council assets and facilities are maintained in a clean, tidy, and hygienic condition for the safe and comfortable use of staff and the public.
- Have proven experience in leading a team, and a sound knowledge of building cleaning methods and procedures
- Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment and make decisions that reflect organisational values and requirements
- Have a flexible approach to working hours and locations including working outside of normal business hours and on weekends
- Be readily adaptable to change, including travelling to a variety of work locations
- Must be able to provide own transport to all work locations
This position is temporary for 2 years with a possibility of permanency in the future.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $76,426 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
