About the Role

As the Programs, Systems and Assurance Associate, you will:

Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HSSE Systems and Assurance team, including correspondence, scheduling, onboarding and team communications
Maintain controlled HSSE documents, registers, trackers and records in line with governance, document control and retention requirements
Support internal and external HSSE audits through coordination, scheduling, evidence collation, action tracking and close‑out activities
Assist with preparation of HSSE and audit reports, presentations, dashboards and related correspondence
Perform basic data checks and data entry to support accurate reporting, including input into systems such as TRAC
Support administration of HSE regulatory and standards subscriptions (e.g. LawOne, Chemwatch, Intertek SAI Global), including record‑keeping, site lists, user access and weekly regulatory updates

Key Skills and Qualifications

Strong organisational, time‑management skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to manage documents and records within structured systems
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
Experience supporting corporate or operational teams, with exposure to document control or records management considered desirable
