As our Organisational Development Advisor, you’ll design, coordinate, and lead innovative programs that strengthen our culture, enhance organisational capability, and empower leaders and staff alike. Reporting to the Workforce Development Lead within our People and Culture team, your responsibilities would primarily include:
- Providing impactful organisational development advice that supports the City’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinating and driving programs that build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- Researching emerging trends to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Developing and implementing modern policies and practices that embed cultural transformation and organisational success.

Eligibility
To be eligible to work for us, you will need to demonstrate:
